Service Advisor/Parts Associate- Motorsports We are seeking a Parts And Service Associate to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product/service information and resolving technical issues in the Motorsports division. Motorcycle, Dirt Bike, ATV and other motorsports product interest is helpful. Pay is based on experience. This is a very exciting job as you are able to turn your favorite hobby into your career! Responsibilities:

Handle customer inquiries at the counter, on the phone, and online Provide information about the products and services Handle inventory for parts, apparel, etc. Document and update customer records based on interactions Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services

Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields Ability to prioritize and multitask Positive and professional demeanor Excellent written and verbal communication skills
