We specialize in the installation, maintenance, and repair of residential and commercial elevators, wheelchair lifts, stairlifts, specialty lifts, and home modifications. Our mission is to deliver top-tier service to our customers. Position Overview We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to manage the financial and administrative flow of our service and repair operations. Key Responsibilities
  • Generate timely and accurate customer billing/invoicing after service tickets are submitted to the Accounting Department.
  • Process, reconcile, and post credit card payments, as well as check payments into QuickBooks Software. Create bank deposit slips.
  • Monitor customer accounts, collections, and outstanding balances.
  • Oversee and assist with Contract Sales and Department efficiency.
  • Assist with Annual Inspection Sales and reconciliation.
  • Prepare Department Commission Reports for Contract Sales and Annual Inspection Sales, to be submitted to the Payroll Department at the end of each month.
  • Provide Management with financial information and reports, as requested.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for Service billing disputes or payment inquiries. Qualifications & Requirements
  • 5Yrs. + experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or financial administration.
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks Software and Microsoft Excel. ServMan Software, a plus.
  • Strong command of foundational accounting practices and general ledger tracking.
  • Excellent communication and strong problem-solving skills. What We Offer
