Job Description:
In this role, Customer Service/ Support Representative will assist clients (brokers and policyholders) by providing support with emphasis on Workers' Compensation Certificate issuance as well as other administrative responsibilities. Duties include issuing and voiding certificates. Heavy typing, accuracy essential, heavy phones, and computer entry on terminal. Candidates will be cross trained with additional customer service support responsibilities, such as scanning, record updates, mail processing, claim searches, and additional administrative support duties. The emphasis of job duties may change based on the operational needs of the organization. Skills and Knowledge Requirements:
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to work within tight timeframes and meet strict deadlines. Must have good computer skills and be proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Adobe. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work in teams and individually. Demonstrated problem solving and analytical skills. Excellent customer service skills, problem solving and critical thinking. Strong analytical skills with good judgement Strong verbal and written communication skills. Must be able to provide excellent customer service.
QUALIFICATIONS
Required Education, Experience & Licensing Associate degree or higher preferred. At least 1 year of office and customer service-related experience. The annual salary range for this role is $40,000 to $55,000 in addition to bonus potential, a 401(k) match, health benefits, paid time off and more. The final salary will be determined based on a variety of factors, including the individual's experience and qualifications.
