Automotive experience is preferred, but strong customer-service and sales professionals may also be considered. Key Responsibilities Greet customers and provide a professional automotive service experience. Listen to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle service and repair needs. Communicate with customers by phone, text, and email throughout the repair process. Present technician findings, estimates, and recommended automotive services in clear, easy-to-understand terms. Follow up with customers, answer questions, and obtain service approvals. Coordinate repair needs and workflow with automotive technicians. Handle parts ordering and coordination while maintaining accurate customer and vehicle information. Build long-term customer relationships and contribute to shop sales goals while maintaining strong customer service. Qualifications 2+ years of relevant customer service, sales, or automotive experience preferred. Automotive Service Advisor experience strongly preferred. Strong customer-service, sales, and professional communication skills. Confidence discussing automotive services and repair recommendations with customers. Strong computer skills and the ability to learn new software quickly; no specific shop software experience is required. Ability to communicate professionally by phone, text, and email. Strong organization, attention to detail, and people skills. Compensation & Benefits Guaranteed base pay of $32
