Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Customer Service Representative to join our team! In this role, you will be the friendly face and voice of our business, providing exceptional support to customers and our internal team. Your enthusiasm, organizational skills, and technical proficiency will help ensure smooth daily operations, outstanding customer interactions, and efficient data management. Duties Greet visitors and answer incoming calls with professionalism, warmth, and excellent phone etiquette Assist clients via phone, email, or in person, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly Support sales efforts by providing product or service information to potential customers and following up on leads Maintain organized records of customer interactions, appointments, and transactions Handle cash transactions securely when necessary, ensuring accurate cash handling procedures Coordinate appointments, schedule meetings, and assist with administrative tasks to streamline office operations Requirements Proven experience in customer support is highly desirable Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse clients Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer skills Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy in data entry Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment Exceptional phone etiquette and customer service problem-solving skills Ability to work well independently and as part of a team while maintaining professionalism at all times Join us if you're passionate about delivering outstanding client service, thrive in a lively environment, and want to grow your career with a supportive organization. Pay:
