Job Description

We are seeking a friendly, detail-oriented Online Chat Representative to join our team in Rutherford, NJ. This role is ideal for someone who excels at written communication and enjoys helping clients navigate their initial inquiries. Job Summary The Online Chat Representative serves as the first point of contact for prospective and existing clients through the firm's online chat platform. You will respond to inquiries, schedule consultations, provide general information about the firm's services, and ensure each client receives prompt, professional assistance. This position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining client confidentiality. Key Responsibilities Respond to incoming client inquiries via live chat in a timely and professional manner. Provide general information about the firm's legal services and office procedures. Schedule, confirm, and reschedule consultations with attorneys. Collect and document client information accurately. Route legal-specific questions to the appropriate attorney or department. Maintain accurate records of all client interactions. Follow firm policies regarding confidentiality and data security. Assist with administrative tasks as needed. Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain a positive client experience. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous customer service, administrative, or live chat support experience preferred. Excellent written communication, grammar, and typing skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and web-based applications. Ability to work independently and manage multiple conversations simultaneously. Professional demeanor with excellent interpersonal skills. Pay:
$25.24 - $32.40 per hour
