Responsibilities Greet customers promptly and courteously at the front desk, creating a welcoming atmosphere for all visitors and callers Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, providing clear information and directing inquiries to the appropriate departments Handle data entry tasks accurately using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and other computer software to maintain up-to-date records Assist with office management duties such as filing, proofreading documents, and organizing supplies to ensure smooth daily operations Support customer service efforts by addressing questions, resolving issues promptly, and providing exceptional support via phone or email Manage calendar appointments, schedule meetings, and coordinate administrative tasks to optimize office efficiency Maintain excellent phone etiquette and organizational skills to support a busy front desk environment Qualifications Proven experience in office management, clerical work, or customer service roles; previous receptionist or administrative experience is highly valued Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace, and data entry skills Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment Bilingual abilities are a plus to assist diverse customer needs Familiarity with QuickBooks or bookkeeping experience is beneficial but not required Exceptional phone etiquette with the ability to handle multi-line phone systems confidently Ability to type quickly with high accuracy and perform proofreading tasks diligently Join us in delivering outstanding customer support while honing your administrative expertise!
