At Nevada State Bank, we truly believe that it matters WHO you work with. We are seeking a dynamic and client-focused •Treasury Management Sales Associate•to join our team. This role is responsible for expanding and managing high-value, complex treasury relationships, delivering tailored solutions, and ensuring exceptional client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have experience onboarding new client accounts and act as a strategic partner to our clients, identifying opportunities to deepen relationships and drive growth across our suite of treasury products and services. Position is located at our corporate office in Las Vegas and is fully in office 5 days. •
Key Responsibilities:
•+ Serve as a key point of contact for a portfolio of high-value, complex Treasury Management clients, providing expert servicing and support. + Supports the Treasury Management Sales Consultant by conducting pre-call research, analyzing bank statements, preparing proposals, and gathering client information for sales documentation. + Act as a liaison between clients, Sales Consultants, and the implementation team to ensure a seamless onboarding and implementation process. + Maintain a strong understanding of the Treasury Management portfolio to effectively analyze and support client decisions. + Provide backup support for Sales Consultants, including participating in joint sales calls with Sales Consultants and Relationship Managers. + Develop and grow client relationships by understanding their business needs and delivering complex customized treasury solutions including integrated receivables and integrated banking solutions. + Ensure timely and effective resolution of client issues, including coordination with internal teams and escalation when necessary. + Collaborate with bankers, product teams, and management to address client concerns and deliver seamless service. + Identify cross-sell opportunities and partner with internal stakeholders to expand client engagement across the bank's most complex offerings. + Lead onboarding efforts for major client relationships and complex industry segments, ensuring a smooth and efficient implementation process. + Maintain a high level of client satisfaction through proactive communication, problem-solving, and value-added service. + Perform other duties as assigned to support the Treasury Management team and broader organizational goals. •
Qualifications:
•+ Typically requires a Bachelor's and 6+ years experience with treasury management products, bank products, sales, customer service or other directly related experience. Equivalent experience may meet requirements. + Proven experience in banking, treasury/cash management, product sales, and relationship management. + Deep understanding of treasury management products, banking operations, and regulatory requirements. + Demonstrates exceptional analytical and problem solving abilities to synthesize complex information into actionable insights + Strong sales acumen and relationship management skills, with a client-first mindset. + Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to influence and resolve issues effectively. + Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. + Detail-oriented and committed to delivering high-quality work. + Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) with the ability to integrate AI tools (CoPilot, Gemini) to drive efficiency and analysis. + Some travel required. •
