Part-time Counterperson

Job Overview Our key to serving the community begins with our Retail Counterperson by showing excellent customer service, positive attitudes, and a willingness to learn. We depend on our Counter Sales team to exemplify our commitment to quality and service. We do NOT require extensive knowledge about auto parts; we want those who are eager to learn!

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

Providing exceptional customer service by assisting with questions and needs Supporting team members when working with customers Using inventory, catalogue, and POS systems Learning about the always-changing world of automotive Pulling and preparing inventory orders for customer pick up or delivery Maintaining a positive, helpful attitude and professional conduct at all times

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

Parts experience a plus, but not required — we're willing to train the right person Strong customer service and communication skills Willingness to learn and grow Positive attitude and professional conduct Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Valid driver's license Must be 18 years or older Must be able to attend work daily Must be able to lift 80 pounds Must be available to work evenings
