Job Summary:

As the Shop Cleaner, you will need to safely and efficiently be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and safety of retail environments.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Power washing and undercoating
• Property maintenance: cutting grass, weed whacking, gardening, laying mulch, power washing and undercoating
• Painting, electrical and other duties as necessary
• Window repair, doors, sinks, drainage. Basic building maintenance at the main office and truck shop/heavy shop
• Fill and operate water truck
• Assist in loading and unloading parts and used materials as needed
• Battery testing, load waste batteries and separation of drums.
• Deep cleaning and restocking supplies in customer and employee restrooms as needed.

Sanitation:

Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and operating small cleaning type machines for buildings and shops.

• Emptying indoor trash/recycling bins and clearing debris from store entryways
• Cleaning glass surfaces, dusting displays, and ensuring safety standards are met.
• Filling fuel tanker truck as needed
• During the winter it is necessary to plow and shovel snow at the offices and yards. Lay Salt melt as necessary to maintain a safe working environment.
• Support general site operations as needed

Education & Experience:

• Preferred High school diploma or GED
• Must be able to work independently as well as in a team.

Pay Range:
