This is not your typical front desk job. You'll have the ability to truly make a difference in someone's life and help our clients put hair loss in their control to regain their confidence.
MAJOR RESPONSIBLITIES
Greets all clients & visitors, promptly with a smile, portrays a positive attitude, and assist with all reasonable requests Answers incoming calls promptly and professionally, provides accurate and appropriate information and directs calls to other staff members while minimizing impact on present clients Accurately enters all client transactions by selecting the correct performers, service/product codes, and tenders Actively manages scheduling activities including advance booking, wait times, optimize schedule, service accuracy, appointment ticket accuracy, and appointment confirmations Supports the styling team by assisting with scheduling, documentation, communicating appointment changes, retail/service add‐on sales, and various administrative duties Perform other reasonable duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
At least one (1) year previous high-paced guest service experience Point of sale system or other business software experience Communicate professionally and timely with all persons in the Company Utilize superior organizational and time management skills Able to work under time constraints and pressure Work independently and self-motivated Professional image Receive the best benefits in the industry , including : It's fun to help people feel good about themselves.
