Job Description
Hargo Appliance is looking for a dedicated hard-working employee to become part of our team Appliance Customer Service Representative / Parts Associate is a full-time position.
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
Greet customers in person and over the phone in a professional and friendly manner Answer customer questions regarding appliance repairs, parts availability, pricing, and scheduling Assist customers in identifying and ordering correct appliance parts using model and serial numbers Process parts orders, special orders, returns, exchanges, and payments accurately Communicate with customers regarding order status, shipping updates, and backordered parts Schedule service appointments and coordinate technician routes when needed Create and update customer accounts, invoices, and work orders within company software systems Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions, repair notes, and warranty information Assist with warranty claim processing and verify customer coverage when applicable Receive, label, stock, and organize appliance parts and inventory shipments Monitor inventory levels and report low stock or discrepancies to management Work closely with technicians, vendors, and manufacturers to ensure timely and accurate service Handle customer concerns and resolve issues professionally while maintaining a positive customer experience Keep the showroom, parts counter, and work areas clean and organized Follow company procedures regarding cash handling, paperwork, and customer communication Support team members with daily operational tasks and maintain a strong attention to detail Maintain knowledge of appliance brands, common parts, and basic troubleshooting procedures Ensure all customer interactions reflect company standards for professionalism and service Preferred Skills Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Strong computer and data entry skills Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Knowledge of appliances, parts lookup systems, or warranty processes preferred Ability to work independently and as part of a teamJob Type:
