Clarion Inn & Suites and Quality Inn Cortland is looking to ad new employees to our front desk team all shifts available: 7:00a
- 2:15p , 2:15p-9:15p and 9:15p-7:00a
Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Front Desk Agents to join our team.Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls promptly
- Manage reservations
- Maintain organized filing systems Clean work area and public space of hotel Maintain breakfast area
- Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information
Experience:
- Previous experience in customer service or front desk roles
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
