Experience:

Previous experience in the automotive industry is a plus, but not required . We will fully train the right self-starter! Core Responsibilities Greet customers warmly upon arrival and act as the primary point of contact for their vehicle service needs. Listen to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle symptoms for the service technicians. Develop clear repair orders and communicate estimated costs and timelines transparently to clients. Coordinate with technicians to track the progress of vehicles throughout the day. Present recommended maintenance and repair options to customers with clarity and confidence. Deliver completed vehicles back to clients, explaining the work performed and processing payments.
