Job Description

Senior Client Service Associate — Financial Planning Track Massimo-Anastasian Team
  • Wealth Enhancement Deer Park, NY (Long Island)
  • On-site
  • Full-time $95,000 base + performance bonus
  • Clear path to Financial Advisor About the Team The Massimo-Anastasian Team is a planning-first, fiduciary wealth management practice operating within Wealth Enhancement, a national firm serving clients across the country.
As a team within Wealth Enhancement, we pair a boutique, personal client experience with the resources, technology, and specialists of a larger organization to serve affluent and ultra-high-net-worth families across Long Island. We operate on a "Personal CFO" model — leading with tax strategy and coordinating every dimension of a client's financial life, from investments and estate to income, charitable giving, and behavioral coaching. We manage over $1 billion in client assets and are known for depth of planning, not volume of sales. We're growing, and we're looking for a Senior Client Service Associate who wants to do more than administer accounts — someone ready to grow into a Financial Advisor role over time. The Role This is a blended position that combines high-touch client service with hands-on financial planning support. This is an on-site role based in our Deer Park office. It is not a remote position. What You'll Do Serve as a point of contact for client service needs — account maintenance, transfers, money movement, reporting, and issue resolution Prepare and maintain financial plans in eMoney (or a comparable planning platform), including data entry, scenario modeling, and ongoing plan updates Support advisors in meeting prep: agendas, plan reviews, retirement income and tax-strategy illustrations, and follow-up Coordinate onboarding for new clients and steward the client experience through major life transitions Partner with operations, CPAs, estate attorneys, and custodians to keep planning moving forward Maintain accurate records and support compliance and CCO review processes
What We're Looking For Required:
3+ years in a client service or paraplanning role at an RIA, wirehouse, or independent advisory firm Hands-on experience with a financial planning platform — eMoney strongly preferred (MoneyGuidePro, RightCapital, or similar also considered) Solid grounding in investment accounts, retirement planning concepts, and account operations Exceptional organization, discretion, and client communication skills
Preferred:
Series 7, 63, and 65 licenses A genuine interest in becoming a Financial Advisor Exposure to tax-aware planning, estate coordination, or high-net-worth clientele The Career Path This role is designed as a runway. For the right person, we'll invest in your licensing and client-facing development so you can grow into a Financial Advisor on our team — with your own client relationships and a compensation trajectory to match. Compensation & Benefits Base salary: $95,000 Performance-based bonus Full benefits package (health, retirement, PTO) through Wealth Enhancement Professional development and licensing support How to Apply Send your resume and a brief note about why this career path interests you to cmassimo@wealthenhancement.com. The Massimo-Anastasian Team and Wealth Enhancement are equal opportunity employers.
