Position Overview:
As a Member Service Representative (MSR), you will serve as the first point of contact for members, delivering a high-quality, service-focused experience in a fast-paced branch environment. This role is responsible for processing daily financial transactions, addressing member inquiries, and building strong relationships through personalized service. You will support members with everyday banking needs while identifying opportunities to enhance their financial well-being. With comprehensive training provided, this position is designed as a foundational entry point into the banking industry , offering the opportunity to develop essential skills and grow into advanced roles within the organization.Position Type:
Part-Time Plus (30 hours/week). Regular shifts include Monday to Friday 9:00AM to 3:00PM or 11:00AM to 5:00PM with rotating Saturday shifts 8:30AM- 12:30PM
- with some flexibility for weekday shifts, depending on staffing needs.
Compensation Range:
$18.00/hr.- $ 20.00/hr .
