Job Description

Our client, a reputable company specializing in construction products, is seeking a dedicated Inside Sales/Customer Service professional to join their team. As an Inside Sales/Customer Service representative, you will be an essential part of the customer support department, assisting both contractors and residential customers. The ideal candidate will demonstrate friendliness, energy, reliability, conscientiousness, and a strong desire to learn about a wide range of products, contributing positively to the company's success.

  • Shift:
  • Monday through Friday 7am-5pm and some Saturdays until Winter from 7:30am-12:00pm
  • What's the Job?
  • + Greet customers warmly and professionally, providing excellent service and support + Recommend appropriate products based on customer needs and inquiries + Utilize point of sale software and inventory systems to process transactions accurately + Assist in showing products in the yard and navigating the inventory + Support the team with various administrative tasks, including basic bookkeeping and accounts payable •What's Needed?
  • + Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, sales, or related roles + Proficiency in MS Office, MS Excel, bookkeeping, accounts payable, and basic accounting + Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with diverse customers + Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new products and systems + Physical ability to walk outside to the yard and upstairs to the office as needed •What's in it for me?
