We are seeking a dependable, professional, and motivated Insurance Office Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate must be fluent in both Mandarin Chinese and English and enjoy helping customers in a fast-paced insurance office. This is a full-time, in-office position with regular working hours of Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Responsibilities Answer incoming customer phone calls Assist customers with insurance-related questions Accept and process customer payments Communicate with customers by telephone, email, and text message Provide insurance quotes and explain available coverage options Follow up with prospective and existing customers Identify customer needs and offer appropriate insurance products Maintain accurate customer records and document conversations Provide friendly, professional, and timely customer service Support the daily administrative needs of the insurance office Licensing Requirement The selected candidate must obtain a New York Personal Lines Insurance License within 30 days of employment. The candidate must be willing and able to study for and pass the required licensing examination.
