Join our winning team today! We are seeking a dynamic Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for increasing retention and revenue growth through customer service strategies and in-book marketing. Pay from $45,000 to more than $75,000+ per yearRequirements:
- Bilingual in Spanish and English.
- One year of prior insurance experience minimum preferred.
- Insurance Licensing (Property & Casualty or Life & Health) preferred.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
Skills:
- Bilingual in Spanish and English.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Ability to self-motivate.
- Proficient in using computer systems and software applications.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
