Summary/Objective The Customer Care Coordinator I is responsible for attaching customer orders to the internal system for processing, sending orders to the Art Department, creating job jackets, and collating jobs. This position will work closely with the Customer Service Representatives and other departments.
Essential Functions:

Assigns job numbers for US and Canada purchase orders and attaches them to the internal system for processing 2. Sends orders to the Art Department 3. Creates job jackets 4. Prints purchase orders and collates jobs 5. Works closely with external order entry team 6. Provides information to customers and employees as needed. 7. Emails order updates and invoices 8. Orders office supplies 9. Obtains mail from the reception desk 10. Contacts appropriate people to schedule repairs of printers 11. Attend meetings and trainings as required 12. Work Environment:
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work:
This is a part-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 9am-2pm (hours are flexible if needed).
Travel:
No travel is expected for this position.
Required Education and Experience:
1. High School Diploma 2.
Previous Customer Service/Order Entry Experience Preferred Education and Experience:
1. Six months to one year of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience. 2. Associate degree or equivalent from college or technical school.
