Strong customer service and communication skills with a friendly, professional approach. Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities at the same time. Dependable and committed to following through on customer requests and responsibilities. Comfortable working independently and making decisions while also being a collaborative team member. Responsibilities Demonstrate strong attention to detail when handling customer and trip information. Answer incoming phone calls and provide friendly, professional customer service. Take and manage charter bus reservations accurately. Follow through on customer requests and commitments from the initial inquiry through completion. Effectively multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a busy office environment. Communicate clearly with customers and coworkers to ensure details are accurate and expectations are met. Assist with company events and other activities as needed. Support the team with additional duties and responsibilities as needed. Work Schedule This is an in-office position during the initial probationary period to provide training and ensure a strong understanding of our operations and customer service expectations. Pay:
$17.00 - $17.50 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
