Altium Wealth is looking for a strategic professional to join our growing Client Service team. Our Client Service team directly impacts our client experience and is important to the success of the organization. Please note this position requires you to be in the office Monday-Friday What You'll Do You will serve as a liaison between clients and advisors, delivering quality service both internally and externally. Coordination and preparation for client meetings, including post-meeting documentation and follow-up Schedule meetings including confirmation emails Use the group's different applications (Outlook, Salesforce, Schwab, TD, Fidelity) to obtain account information and complete/coordinate all aspects of client service and account maintenance requests Field client requests and complete tasks, following through to make sure client's needs are met while following compliance standards Manage client data within CRM (Salesforce) and monitor to ensure accuracy Process and track insurance maintenance requests for client policies Other responsibilities as may be assigned What You'll Bring Team player who shows a client first attitude Adaptable to constant change Attention to detail and strong follow up/follow through skills Excellent customer-facing skills Strong written and verbal communication skills The ability to accomplish a variety of tasks in a thoughtful, organized manner and able to prioritize and re-prioritize throughout the day Show strong aptitude to anticipate client requests Maintain composure and remain positive under pressure even in time sensitive and complex situations 1+ years of experience in Financial Services 1+ years of experience maintaining client relationships and providing service in a corporate environment Proficiency in MS Outlook and MS Word (Excel a plus) Prior experience with CRM software, preferably Salesforce What We Offer Coverage on the first day of employment for medical, dental, and vision insurance Paid parental leave (16 weeks for primary caregiver and 8 weeks for secondary caregiver) 401k matching plan HSA employer contributions Student loan assistance Pet insurance Salary range- $65,000-$75,000 plus discretionary bonus (exact amount is dependent on experience) Hightower's Story Founded in 2008, Hightower is a wealth management firm that provides investment, financial and retirement planning services to individuals, foundations and family offices, as well as 401(k) consulting and cash management services to corporations.
