Summary:
The Investment Services Support Specialist provides sales and business development support for one or more licensed or registered investment product sales representatives. The role performs customer service and administrative tasks, including answering product questions, supporting account changes, assisting with new account opening, and processing orders under the direction of licensed or registered representatives. Education and/orExperience:
High Diploma requiredBachelor's degree preferredMinimum three years of financial service industry experience requiredIntermediate CRM knowledge requiredLife & Health Insurance License preferredFINRA Series 6 or 7 & 66 Registered preferredNotary Public preferredProficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, and PowerPointAbility to prioritize and manage competing prioritiesStrong interpersonal, problem-solving, and teamwork skillsExcellent Customer Service | New Business Development | Order Processing | Product/Brand Expertise | Develop Referrals | Execute orders | Sales Support | Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software |Marketing/collateral Job Responsibilities:
Assists TruStage Advisors and external and internal partners with transactionsMaintains a sales and referral database and uses telemarketing and customer profiling to generate leads and additional business opportunities with existing and prospective clientsCoordinates referrals, sales appointments, and requests for informationCollaborates with advisors and clients to help design, implement, and monitor financial plansAssists with opening accounts, entering annuity orders, setting up move money requests, systematic trades, RMDs, & settled tradesTracks all client updates and interactions in multiple CRMs, as well as assign and complete client-related tasksManages calendars and schedule client meetings for TruStage AdvisorsTroubleshoots tasks and acts as liaison between LPL and financial investment companies for client/prospect related issues and service requestsKeeps advisor informed of all retail branch events and activities and participates when appropriateCoordinates and attends special events, meeting, and seminarsAssists in preparation and review of marketing collateral by proofing for content, disclosures, and accuracyRemains current and knowledgeable of Teachers products, services, and promotions to advocate to members during interactionsAssists in program reporting on a monthly basisComplies with NCUA and FINRA requirementsOrders promotional items, display, and program marketing materials (via LPL MOD), ensuring they are up-to-dateComplies with all regulatory rules, written desktop procedures and company policiesPerforms other duties as needed upon request by immediate supervisor Benefits of Joining theTeachers Team:

Paid time off for vacation, personal days, and holidays401(k) company contribution Teachers pays 100% of Dental & Vision premium Tuition reimbursement is offered to full-time employees Exclusive employee discount of 0.96% APR on credit card loans and a 1.00% APR on all other loans through Teachers The good faith range for this position is $23.50 - $27.00/hr. This range is an estimate, based on potential employee qualifications and operational needs. The salary may vary above and below the stated amounts, as permitted by applicable law. All candidates will be subject to a background check, credit check, and drug test to determine employment eligibility.
