Job Summary:
The Customer Service Associate will be the first point of contact for client issues and finding resolutions for those issues. Equally as important, they will create and edit installation schedules to ensure efficient and effective dispatch of the Installation and Repair team. They must be collaborative, solution-driven, and have a client-focused mindset.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Collaborate with other departments including engineering, installation, and production departments to resolve client issues. Schedule installations that allocate available teams to best serve client or customer needs. Compare current and anticipated installations with available personnel Integrate installations with master schedule; coordinates availability of staff as needed to meet delivery dates. Maintains master schedule for the installation team; revises as needed and alerts appropriate staff of schedule changes or delays. Performs other related duties, as required.
Required Skills/Abilities:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. Thorough understanding of the business and locations we service, including Nassau County, Queens, and Brooklyn. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree At least five years of work experience required. Preference will be given to those working customer service in a corporate environment.
