Job Description

Position Overview Aquacade Pools is seeking a highly organized, positive, and customer-focused Client Services Representative to support our growing pool service business. This role is essential in helping coordinate service operations while delivering exceptional communication and customer support to our clients. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates professionally and clearly, works well within a team, and can remain calm and solution-oriented under pressure. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and comfort working with email, CRMs, spreadsheets, and scheduling systems. This is a seasonal position with the opportunity to grow into a full-time role for the right candidate. _______ Key Responsibilities Customer Service & Communication Serve as a primary point of contact for service customers via phone, email, and text Schedule and coordinate pool service appointments and route updates Communicate service schedules, delays, and updates clearly and professionally Respond to customer questions, concerns, and service requests in a timely manner Maintain a positive and solutions-focused attitude during high-volume or fast-paced periods Administrative & Organizational Support Maintain accurate customer records, notes, and service histories within CRM systems Utilize spreadsheets, scheduling platforms, and email daily Assist with invoicing support, service documentation, and internal tracking Help manage service calendars, technician schedules, and customer follow-ups Ensure all communication and records are organized and up to date Team Collaboration Work closely with service technicians, office staff, and management Help facilitate strong internal communication between the field and office teams Support daily operations to ensure efficient and high-quality customer service Contribute to a positive, team-oriented work environment _______ Qualifications Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Ability to remain calm, professional, and positive under pressure Comfortable using email, CRM systems, spreadsheets, and office software Strong attention to detail and follow-through Ability to work effectively in a team environment Customer-service mindset with strong problem-solving skills Previous customer service, administrative, or service-industry experience preferred Preferred Traits Friendly, professional, and dependable Extremely organized and detail-oriented Positive attitude and strong work ethic Adaptable and able to manage multiple priorities Strong communicator and team player Comfortable working in a seasonal, fast-paced environment _______ Position Details Seasonal position with potential for full-time employment Competitive pay based on experience Fast-paced, team-oriented environment Opportunities for growth within the company _______ Why Join Aquacade Pools At Aquacade Pools, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional service and building long-term relationships with our customers.
