Help create the fun, welcoming, and interactive atmosphere that defines Brain Shoppe. Responsibilities include assisting customers, recommending products, operating the register, maintaining store appearance, restocking merchandise, and helping create memorable in-store experiences through friendly, attentive, and dependable customer service. Qualifications Strong customer-facing skills, including Customer Service and Customer Experience, with a focus on creating a welcoming, supportive environment. Ability to manage Customer Support and Customer Satisfaction, including addressing concerns, resolving issues, and following up when needed. Professional communication skills, including Phone Etiquette and clear, friendly in-person interactions. Interest in or familiarity with puzzles, games, or educational products, and willingness to learn product details. Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working on-site in a retail environment, including evenings or weekends as needed. Basic point-of-sale (POS) or cash-handling experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
