Role:

Edible is looking for a few energetic and dependable Customer Service & Delivery team members to join our crew in Depew! This is a fantastic opportunity to be the face of our company — delivering great products and even better service to our customers every day. If you love being on the move and making people smile, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

Perform timely and accurate deliveries to customers Provide outstanding customer service during every interaction, in-person and over the phone Maintain a clean, organized, and safe delivery vehicle at all times Process customer orders in a professional and efficient manner Communicate delivery updates and any issues promptly to management and customers Build positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and loyalty

Requirements:

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Previous customer service, delivery, or logistics experience preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to lift and carry packages (up to 30 lbs) as needed Ability to stand for long periods of time Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated with a strong work ethic Familiarity with the Depew, NY and surrounding Western New York area a plus Ability to work independently and manage time effectively on a daily route
