One of the fastest growing independently owned insurance agencies in Suffolk County is looking for a full time Personal Lines Account Manager to join the team. Our Agency provides personal & commercial insurance to our clients, representing almost all major carriers within the Tri-State area and Florida. We are seeking a qualified, professional to join our team. The individual should have the following characteristics and experiences: Minimum of 1(one) year experience within the insurance industry working with personal lines Withhold a NYS Property & Casualty License (preferred) Ability to perform account activities such as, but not limited to, client & insurance carrier phone calls & emails Work closely with producers & team members in quoting policies, processing endorsements, ID Cards, binders Excellent communication skills (Written, Verbal, Listening) Self motivated, detail oriented, organizational skills Have the ability to multitask Work as a team player as well as independently' Experience with EPIC beneficial but not required '

Job Duties:

Answer incoming customer inquiries Collaborate with management teams to stay updated on new products, services, and policies Record customer information within our customer service database Engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company's customer service policies Other duties as requested Communication method(s) used:
