2 We are looking for reliable, hardworking, and motivated Bilingual Customer Service & Operations Associates to join our team. No previous experience is required — we will train the right candidates. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to learn different areas of a growing business, including customer service, e-commerce, shipping, and warehouse operations. Responsibilities Provide friendly and professional customer service at our front store. Assist customers and answer questions in English and Spanish . Respond to customer messages and help resolve customer service issues. Handle chargebacks and customer disputes . Print and organize shipping labels. Pick, pack, and prepare products for shipment. Help organize merchandise and maintain a clean and organized warehouse. Assist with daily store and warehouse operations. Work as part of a team and assist with other tasks as needed. Requirements Fluent in English and Spanish — required. Valid driver's license — required. No previous experience required; training will be provided. Reliable, punctual, responsible, and willing to learn. Good communication and customer service skills. Comfortable using computers and learning new systems. Able to work in both a front-store/customer service environment and a warehouse environment . Comfortable standing, walking, and performing light physical work during the shift. Social Media Experience — Plus! Experience with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, or other social media platforms is a plus. Experience creating posts, taking pictures or videos, responding to messages, or helping manage social media accounts is preferred but not required . Transportation Transportation may be available for employees who live along our transportation route from The Bronx to our location in Nanuet, NY . Transportation availability depends on the employee's location and the established route.
