What You'll Do Client Experience & Relationship Support
- Deliver a professional, responsive, and welcoming experience for clients.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for routine client questions and service requests.
- Coordinate follow-up activities and ensure client needs are addressed promptly.
- Help maintain strong, long-term client relationships through proactive communication and exceptional service.
- Assist with scheduling meetings, preparing materials, and organizing client interactions. New Client Onboarding
- Guide new clients through the onboarding process.
- Prepare and organize account-opening documentation and required paperwork.
- Monitor onboarding progress and communicate status updates as needed. Account Administration
- Assist with account maintenance requests and service-related tasks.
- Coordinate with custodians, vendors, and internal stakeholders when necessary.
- Help ensure all activities meet firm policies and regulatory requirements. Advisor Support
- Support advisors in preparing for client meetings.
- Gather information, organize data, and prepare presentation materials.
- Help track action items and ensure timely follow-through. Financial Planning Support
- Assist in gathering financial information and organizing client data.
- Review information for completeness and consistency.
- Help maintain planning records and support documentation. Data & CRM Management
- Maintain accurate client records within the firm's CRM and technology platforms.
- Document client interactions and service activities.
- Support data quality and reporting initiatives. Job Qualifications
- Associate's or bachelor's degree in business, finance, communications, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities.
