Job Description

New Hartford Animal Hospital is seeking a full-time client service representative to join our animal hospital in New Hartford, NY. The position is approximately 35 hours a week which is considered full time and accompanies all full time benefits. We are an AAHA accredited and Fear Free certified practice and are seeking an individual with previous client service experience, preferably in the veterinary industry. The individual must have a client focused attitude, be able to work cohesively within our CSR department, be flexible and willing and eager to learn and be a contributing member of our collaborative and cohesive culture. Our ideal candidate will be energetic, outgoing, have a friendly personality, and will understand the importance of client education and communication. Training and mentoring programs are part of our process and we will be sure our new team member understands and can perform their position adequately before moving to independent work. Compensation package includes medical/dental/vision insurances, fear free certification, paid time off, floating holidays, 401-k, generous pet discounts and more. The pay range is $18-$18.50 an hour.
