KEY RESPONSIBILITIES!
Customer Service Greet customers promptly and courteously Provide efficient and accurate service Follow all safety and security procedures Maintain proper cash levels Housekeeping (Mopping, Dusting, Sweeping, Emptying Trash) Re-stock shelves to ensure they are full Check-in vendors, complete logs, and handle payouts Cash Register Scan/ring merchandise, bag items, and provide correct change Comply with Federal and State Law (carding for alcohol, tobacco, or lottery) Stock and refill cigarette area and surrounding products Respond to customer requests in a timely manner Coffee / Sandwich Area Observe coffee thermals and refill as necessary Brew coffee and cappuccino/iced coffee machines Stock cups, lids, straws, milk/cream, sugar, and sandwich condiments Wipe down countertops and mop up spillage Stocking / Cooler Move beverages from the back room to the cooler Stock according to Plano-gram and keep coolers full Ensure all products are front-facing Transfer ice from outside box to indoor freezer Refill front-of-store inventory from shed Exterior Keep grounds, trash, and surrounding plants clean Ensure pumps are graffiti-free Check vacuum and air machines are functioning Maintain dumpster area free of overflowing trash Requirements Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods of time. Basic math skills for handling cash and giving change. Must Be 21+ (Due to dealing with tobacco and lottery) Strong attention to detail and a track record of reliability 24 Hour business (Most be able to work holidays) Disclaimer!
