With three dealership locations and multiple service advisor openings , we're looking for experienced automotive professionals who know how to deliver an exceptional guest experience while maximizing opportunity in a fast-paced, high-performing environment. What You'll Do:
Serve as the primary point of contact for service customers from write-up through delivery Build trust and provide a professional, transparent ownership experience Accurately document customer concerns and communicate effectively with technicians Manage repair orders, maintenance recommendations, and follow-up communication Maintain strong CSI while balancing service lane performance and profitability Deliver a premium experience that drives customer retention and loyalty
Job Requirements:
What We're Looking For:
Automotive Service Advisor experience required Fluent in Dealertrack (required) Experience with Xtime strongly preferred Proven ability to manage a high-volume service drive Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills Customer-first mindset with the ability to create long-term relationships Track record of delivering both strong guest satisfaction and results Why Tradition Automotive Group?
