As a Customer Relations Associate, you'll be the heartbeat behind our seamless service—answering calls, connecting clients, and helping with financial and billing questions, all while championing a positive, supportive atmosphere in healthcare. If you're energized by making a real impact and love helping others, HSS is the place for you! About the Position Answer and direct incoming calls, emails, and messages with professionalism. Assist customers with billing inquiries, payments, and account questions. Process payments, set up payment plans, and review accounts for accuracy. Document all customer interactions and maintain up-to-date account records. Educate patients on equipment use and troubleshooting. Support the team with administrative tasks and share findings or trends with supervisors. Assist with other duties as needed to support our mission and values. What We're Looking For High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred. Previous experience in medical reimbursement or medical office customer service preferred. Qualifications for Success Strong organizational and time management skills; able to follow tasks through to completion. Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced, changing environment. Ability to build positive, results-driven relationships. Professional, friendly, and customer-focused demeanor. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel). What You Get
