Responsibilities:

• Schedule service appointments
• Track progress of repairs
• Provide estimates
• Maintain service records
• Develop a solid relationship with customers

Requirements:

Automotive knowledge required. Customer Service experience required. Must have strong willingness to learn and grow. Desire to provide complete customer satisfaction at all times. Excellent interpersonal skills required. The Country Club Auto Group provides Sales and Service for all makes and models of vehicles at our Dealerships.
