Customer Service Representative

FIS Blue, Inc., with headquarters in Oriskany, NY has an immediate opening in its Sales Department for a Customer Service Associate.

Position Objective:

To assist sales representatives and peers with daily activities.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Data entry of sales orders, hot sheets, new part number forms, inventory transfers and credit memos. Pick orders to the warehouse when products are available. Monitor and track orders through all stages of processing, fulfillment, and shipping. Daily review of backorders. Entry of new customer data with confirmation from sales associate. Execute filing for assigned sales team. Manage incoming customer calls and emails related to invoices, tracking and pricing. Accommodate orders from sales to be entered into the system. Manage incoming customer calls and emails.

Qualifications:

Microsoft Office proficient Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and time management skills

Important:

Wage rate will be commensurate with position, shift worked, experience, education and required skill level.

$20.00 - $23.00 per hour
