Currently we are looking for an experienced Account Representative - IT Managed Services

•to join our team. Are you the right person for this seat? What Techworks is looking for in our ideal candidate: Assistant the Director of Account Management for all customer account management matters Attend client meetings and take notes on discussions and action items Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships Interface with customers over the phone to understand and documents their needs Develop trusted advisor relationships with accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives Collaborate with internal team to ensure client deliverables are being met on time and document statuses for client presentation Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed

Requirements:

MUST be familiar with technology and IT services, technical background preferred Excellent customer service skills both over the phone and in person Excellent documentation and note taking skills are essential Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license Full time availability with a standard shift of Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm with a 1 hour lunch break, some additional hours may be required Professional demeanor and ability to hold conversations with executive level decision makers
