Job Description
- LOOKING
TO HIRE AN ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE / ACCOUNTS PAYABLE EMPLOYEE
- WEEKDAY
SHIFTS NEEDED
COVERAGE OPPORTUNITIES AS WELL
Duties:
- Accounts Receivables and Accounts Payable
- Clerical Duties
- Maintaining bookkeeping databases and spreadsheets and updating information as needed
- Communicating with previous clients and customers to request payment and arrange payment plans
- May be responsible for updating and / or keeping records
- May send follow up inquiries on delinquent accounts
- Collecting payments from customers and accurately recording them in the system
- Creating reports and balance sheets that document overall profits and losses
- Updating client accounts based on payment or contact information
- Cash management.
Requirements:
WEEKDAY SHIFTS NEEDED
- 0 to 2 years of related experience in accounting
- Must be adaptable in using organizational skills to prioritize tasks and take ownership of work
- Strong work ethic, self-motivated, and very organized.
- Excellent computer skills.
- Able to multi-task.
- Ability to handle a high volume office.
