Job Description

Cool Power is a full-service Long Island HVAC contractor based in Ronkonkoma — residential and light-commercial service,installation, and new-construction work for homeowners and businesses across the Island. We're founder-led, we've built our reputation on showing up and doing it right, and we're investing in modern systems as we grow — including a move to Service Titan. We're looking for a Customer Service Representative & Dispatcher to run our front line — the first voice customers hear and the person who keeps our trucks moving. You'll book the calls, run the dispatch board, and keep customers and technicians in sync through a busy day.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Answer inbound calls professionally and warmly — you're the first impression of Cool Power. Book and schedule service, maintenance, and installation appointments; turn callers into booked calls. Run the dispatch board — assign and route technicians by skill,availability, and location. Adjust the schedule in real time; prioritize no-heat / no-cool and emergency calls. Keep technicians moving — relay job details, changes, and updates to the field. Log every call, work order, and job status accurately in Service Titan Follow up after service and on open estimates to keep customers happy and jobs closing. Answer basic billing questions and explain our maintenance-plan options.
Pay:
$25.00 - $32.00 per hour
