• Position Overview- We are looking for a motivated and bilingual Customer Service / Sales Representative to join our team. This role is vital in creating a positive experience for our clients and ensuring smooth communication between customers and internal teams. The ideal candidate is fluent in both English and Spanish , thrives in a fast-paced environment, and has a strong passion for delivering exceptional customer service and sales. Responsibilities Serve as the first point of contact for customers, providing outstanding customer service by responding to inquiries, resolving issues, educating the customer and offering product/service information Handle a high volume of inbound sales calls , converting inquiries into sales opportunities with a professional and customer-focused approach Assist with document creation , including typing, formatting, and editing reports, memos, correspondence, proposals, and other materials Perform proofreading and quality checks on customer-facing documents and internal communications to ensure accuracy and professionalism Organize and maintain both physical and electronic files, ensuring documents are properly labeled, categorized, and stored for easy retrieval Collaborate with management and team members to streamline administrative and customer service processes for improved efficiency Support special projects and ad-hoc tasks assigned by management Maintain clear and accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity Qualifications / Requirements Minimum 1 year of experience in a fast-paced environment involving customer service, sales support, and/or administrative duties Fluent in both English and Spanish (spoken). If you have a strong sales past will consider if you don't speak Spanish. Comfortable and professional when handling inbound sales calls and inquiries Strong proficiency with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Drive) and general office software Detail-oriented with excellent proofreading and organizational skills Experience in office management practices , especially file organization and digital record-keeping Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team In it for the long haul , we work in a niche industry , there is a learning curve regarding the services we offer.
