Associate Attorney (Housing Litigation) We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Associate Attorney to join our practice. This role focuses on residential and commercial landlord-tenant litigation across the NYC Metropolitan area and Long Island. The ideal candidate is a proactive advocate capable of managing a high-volume caseload while maintaining high standards of legal drafting and courtroom representation. Core Responsibilities Courtroom Advocacy:

Regularly appear in Housing Court for non-payment of rent cases, holdover proceedings, and HPD (Housing Preservation and Development) matters.

Territory:

Coverage includes Queens, Brooklyn (Kings), Manhattan (New York), Bronx, Nassau, and Suffolk counties.

Legal Research & Drafting:

Conduct in-depth research using LexisNexis and Westlaw . Draft comprehensive motions, opposition papers, and legal memoranda.

Transaction & Recovery:

Handle real estate closings and pursue collection work for outstanding judgments.

Case Management:

Manage litigation timelines from initial filing through trial or settlement.

Full-time Pay:

$175,000.00 - $225,000.00 per year
