We are seeking a Veterinary Client Care Coordinator — a hybrid role that combines customer service excellence with hands-on patient care support. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys both interacting with clients and being involved in the medical side of veterinary medicine. What You'll Be Working OnClient Experience & Communication Greeting clients and creating a welcoming, compassionate experience Answering phone calls and responding to email inquiries Handling client check-ins and check-outs Scheduling appointments and entering new client and patient information Monitoring daily schedule flow and assisting with hospital efficiency Providing exceptional customer service while supporting patients and their families Patient Care Support Obtaining patient medical histories Assisting doctors and technicians during appointments Assisting with patient restraint and low-stress handling techniques Supporting surgical and treatment area workflow as needed Helping maintain clean and organized exam and treatment areas Team Support Collaborating closely with doctors, technicians, assistants, and CSRs Supporting the hospital's standards for patient care and client experience Other duties as assigned by the Lead CSR, Team Leads, or Leadership Team Qualifications Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent required At least one year of customer service experience required Veterinary experience preferred, but willingness to train the right candidate Highly motivated with a passion for animals and client care Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment Ability to work five days per week, including two evening shifts and rotating Saturdays What's In It for You Competitive hourly wages Health & Dental Insurance — 50% Covered Flexible Spending Plans Paid Time Off, including Holidays Eligibility for Profit Sharing Continuing Education Expenses 529 Plan Options 401(k) Match Employee Pet Care Discounts Opportunity to grow alongside experienced veterinary professionals Supportive team culture focused on professional growth and compassionate care
