Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries ensuring a positive experience. Assist clients with product or service information, troubleshooting issues, and resolving complaints efficiently. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints using data entry systems. Process orders, forms, applications, and payments accurately while adhering to company policies. Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills during all interactions. Collaborate with team members and other departments to improve customer service processes. Analyze customer feedback and support metrics to identify areas for improvement. Requirements Proven experience in customer service or call center roles is preferred; familiarity with client services is a plus. Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are highly desirable for serving diverse populations. Excellent phone etiquette, active listening skills, and the ability to handle difficult situations professionally. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
