Job Description
About the Role We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Client Service Associate to join our growing wealth management team. This role is central to delivering an exceptional client experience—supporting advisors, preparing paperwork, managing client requests, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Candidates with marketing and social media experience will have the opportunity to assist with digital outreach, content creation, and brand-building initiatives. This position could also start as a part-time position and develop into a full-time position depending on the candidate. Key Responsibilities Client Service & Operations Serve as a primary point of contact for client inquiries Prepare, process, and track account applications, transfers, and service requests Maintain accurate client data in CRM systems Support advisors in meeting preparation, follow-up, and client communication Assist with reporting, account maintenance, and compliance documentation Coordinate client scheduling, reviews, and event planning Marketing & Social Media (Bonus Skill Set) Assist with monthly email campaigns, newsletters, and client communications Help create posts and updates for LinkedIn, Facebook, and other platforms Support marketing initiatives such as webinars, educational content, and drip campaigns Contribute to branding, graphics, video podcast editing, or light design tasks (optional based on skills) Qualifications 1-3+ years of experience in financial services, client service, or office operations preferred Strong communication, professionalism, and client-first mindset High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Redtail, Wealthbox, Salesforce) a plus Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Marketing, design, or social media experience is a strong bonus Series 65 or 7/66 helpful but not required Who Thrives in This Role Someone who: Loves helping people and maintaining strong client relationships Enjoys organizing, problem-solving, and keeping things running smoothly Has an interest in the financial planning/wealth management world Wants to contribute to a firm's growth—not just maintain status quo Is creative and comfortable with marketing tasks (optional but valued) Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary based on experience Bonus opportunities Health benefits 401(k) with employer contributions Paid time off Pension plan Opportunities for professional development and growth Compensation based on experience and has opportunity for bonus structure
