Opportunity:
The Operations Temporary Associate, under the supervision of the Supervisor, is primarily responsible for outgoing calls to customers regarding drug delivery set-up and all related services. This includes scheduling the patient's delivery based on date needed by, confirming potential adverse events, drug efficacy, and maintaining medication and allergy profiles.

What You'll Do:
Make outbound calls to patients to coordinate prescription drug deliveries and related services Schedule deliveries based on patient needs while confirming medication effectiveness, potential adverse events, and allergy/medication profiles Gather necessary refill information to support timely medication delivery through Reliance Rx Communicate with patients and healthcare providers to coordinate deliveries Document required patient information and escalate any adverse events for pharmacy clinical review Discuss copays, secure payment authorization, and assist with financial arrangements Maintain accurate patient records, documentation, and filing Support delivery scheduling, billing tasks (when designated), and copay collection Collaborate across departments to promote teamwork, information sharing, and process improvement Follow established procedures and guidelines, with any deviations approved by the supervising pharmacist Perform additional duties as needed
What You'll Bring:
High School Diploma or GED Minimum of 2+ years of customer service experience
