High school diploma or equivalent. Active Property and Casualty insurance license or willingness to obtain one quickly. Previous experience in a customer-facing or administrative role. Responsibilities Assist policyholders with policy changes, payments, and general questions regarding their insurance coverage. Educate clients on various insurance options to ensure they are adequately protected. Prepare clear, accurate documentation for insurance applications and claims. Engage with walk-in visitors and callers in a welcoming and helpful manner. Collaborate with the agency team to maintain high levels of office efficiency and client satisfaction.
