Full Job Description Classification:
Customer Service Representative Reports to:Vice President of Operations Objective:
The purpose of this position is to assist customers in their day-to-day needs that include our tools. This person will be responsible for answering questions, resolving issues, and troubleshooting for customers on a regular basis. This person will also be responsible for representing Wright Tool with the highest level of customer service, and professionalism.Essential Functions:
- This individual will be responsible for building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
- This individual will be expected to enter sales orders accurately and efficiently, verify order status, answer phones, and enter any other relevant data.
- This individual will need to provide accurate information regarding production application, pricing, availability of products, and other important information.
- This individual will be responsible for troubleshooting common issues regarding the products and addressing order questions and concerns quickly and effectively.
- This individual will be responsible for monitoring a shared inbox that contains customer orders and inquiries.
- This individual will also be responsible for completing any other duties assigned by their supervisor/management professionally, and accurately. Education and Training
- High School Diploma or GED. EDI and Epicor desired Bilingual desired Minimum Qualifications
- Effective verbal and written communicator.
- Solid analytical skills
- Working knowledge of ERP system, a plus.
- Working knowledge of EDI processes, a plus.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to answer a high volume of calls and emails every day. Environmental Conditions
