Service Writer

Johnny K's Powersports is looking to hire a strong, experienced service writer to join our growing team. Our ideal candidate is an individual that can learn quickly, problem solve, and is eager to move up within the company. We offer our colleagues a 5-day work week and excellent compensation with growth potential and a pleasant working environment. Saturday:

10am-4pm•

OFF Service Writer Responsibilities:

Efficient and effective operation of the service department Promote and enhance customer reputation by providing excellent standards and customer support Effectively manager open repair orders and follow through to completion Create a positive culture for team growth and customer satisfaction Effectively communicate with customers in order to diagnose problems and recommend solutions Follow up with timely responses

Service Writer Qualifications:

Recent service department experience Proven track record to run a service department at a high volume Maintain a neat and professional appearance Highly organized and detail-oriented Computer skills with the ability to learn new software quickly Strong work ethic and desire to not only lead a team, but be a part of one
