Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Providing compassionate support to our veterinary team.
  • Educating clients on pet health and care best practices.
  • Reviewing treatment care plans and estimates with pet owners.
  • Accurate medical documentation and record-keeping.
  • Warmly greeting clients and efficiently managing check-ins and check-outs.
  • Maintaining a clean and organized environment in treatment rooms and throughout our facility.
  • Answering client questions, performing client callbacks.
  • Ensuring a stress-free experience for our patients.
  • Actively contributing to our Fear Free approach to veterinary care.
