Customer Service Specialist Ques Industries Inc - 3.2 Brook Park, OH Job Details Full-time $60,000 - $65,000 a year 8 hours ago Qualifications Customer communication Math Productivity software Full Job Description Job Summary The Customer Service position is responsible for accurately entering and processing customer orders into the company's ERP system. This role ensures that customer orders are captured correctly and delivered to the production and shipping teams in a timely and organized manner. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Use Sage X3 Manufacturing Software to process and prepare all shipping documents for sales orders. Assist when necessary to maintain the database for new and existing customers, ship to points, item keys, BOMs, price tables, and bill of lading codes Answer calls and emails from customers related to taking orders, assisting with customer quotes, and servicing their needs or problems Assist with daily tasks including SDS, product labels, and freight duties Assist with truckload shipments, obtaining freight quotes and scheduling shipments and helping to resolve freight issues Process customer returns/credits Process and prepare paperwork for International shipments/Ocean (IMDG) Air (IATA) Reconcile month end customer owned inventory with plant personnel Required Qualifications Have a minimum of 510 years in a customer service role with manufacturing industry experience preferred Can effectively communicate, solve problems, and multitask Very strong mathematical and analytical skills are required Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication and organizational skills are essential Must be a team player, wellorganized with good time management skills Highly motivated, goal oriented, positive attitude, ethical and challenge driven Maintain the ability to function successfully with minimal supervision Must have proficiency in all Microsoft Office products. Experience with manufacturing software is preferred Work Environment In office Monday Friday 8:00am 5:00pm. Casual attire. Polos, jeans, Tshirts. No shorts or opentoed shoes. Trips into the plant will be necessary. PPE required when in the plant.
